This is our larger group training program, primarily focused on getting our members fitter & stronger whilst helping them to shift body fat.

These 12 person sessions are highly metabolic, meaning they increase your capacity to burn fat exponentially. However the foundation of our training is STRENGTH work. You need to be lifting weights to transform your body optimally.

Our focus here is on doing so in a fun, efficient, team-based setting. Using exercises that are proven to help melt unwanted fat, increase visible muscle tone, and improve cardiovascular endurance without the need for traditional (boring) forms of cardio.
